Iyers law firm origin dates back to 2001 when Dr Priya Dharshini Iyer became the first doctor turned lawyer in her family when she started a solo law practice in Bangalore. She was practicing as a free lance medico legal consultant for various hospitals and corporate companies. Since then the firm has changed its name from Hawk eyed legal consultants and private investigators to iyers law firm but it has always remained an integral part of the City of Bangalore. Later she went ahead specialising in international law related to international criminal justice, human rights, environmental law, diplomatic relations and counter terrorism laws especially bioterrorism. Over the next decade the firm plans to expand its current practices by double across Indian states and Europe.
